Database Ownership, License, and Use
H2G2 Profits.com warrants, and you accept, that H2G2 Profits.com is the owner of the copyright of the Databases of Links to articles and resources available through H2G2 Profits.com. H2G2 Profits.com reserve all rights and no intellectual property rights are conferred by this agreement.

Legal Representation
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate H2G2 Profits.com and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, H2G2 Profits.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Termination
These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all H2G2 Profits.com site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at H2G2 Profits.com sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement including the Spam Policy.
Spam Policy
H2G2 Profits.com and H2G2 Investments shall not be liable for spam engaged by its customers. Once you purchase our services you will be provided a website that can be cancelled at anytime without prior notice if any party (Your customers, Spam software, H2G2 Profits, etc.) reports you for spamming. You must comply to spam laws of the United States of America to use our services.
If you are caught a second time for spamming, if and only if your account was not cancelled the first time, you will be reported to the federal court of california and may file file at our discretion, a minimum of $10,000 damages claims action against subscriber, agent or employee.
